About Us

Walbridge Motor Company is a friendly family used vehicle and repair business.

Having grown up in Dorset and working with his father since the age of seven, Mark has a passion for all things automotive – new or old. He was often found under the bonnet tinkering at that early age.

Mark started Walbridge Motor Company in 2003 when the business was based in Warminster.

In 2008 the business expanded and moved to its current location of Kings Stag.

Mark takes pride in hand-picking all of his stock, to ensure the vehicles are of the highest standard and are locally sourced, soon gaining a reputation for selling fantastically prepared, reliable vehicles. Over the years his customer base has grown and it’s not uncommon for people to travel from abroad to make a purchase or for repeat customers to make a second or third purchase based on Mark’s expert advice.

The service department is headed by Mark’s father, Paul Walbridge our on-site MOT tester who has over 50 years experience as a vehicle technician and running busy service departments. Paul’s career commenced in the 1960’s working for Triumph, Land Rover, Jaguar and Rootes Group after serving a lengthily apprenticeship and obtaining higher than average qualifications.  During the mid 70’s he moved to work for Volkwagen Audi starting as a technician and after winning 'Technician of the Year' four years in a row progressed to run a busy modern ten-man workshop. 

After seeing the success of Walbridge Motor Company grow in such a short space of time, Paul and Mark decided to join forces to be able to offer what you see before you today.

We pride ourselves on our workmanship and have a fantastic, friendly and loyal workforce to ensure the smooth running of our workshop and sales department keeping the high standards of customer service at the forefront of our business.
