Apr 24 - First contact with this business was being helped in the dark at the roadside after headlights failed by passing staff member. Since then they have gone above and beyond to keep my elderly car on the road. They provide a courteous, friendly and professional service. Mark, Dan and the team are efficient, friendly and fantastic communicators, offering options in matters that are well from what they needed to do. Jan 23 - Wow-what a service….3 times! Nothing was too much trouble for Dan. He went out of his way to help me out. He was really thoughtful knowing how tricky things would be without a car temporarily, so was super kind & super quick. The car was collected fixed and back to me in less than 2 days. Dan gave me good advice & made me feel safe driving the car. I was totally reassured. I’d highly recommend Walbridge Motor Co & Dan in particular. Can’t tell you how grateful I am. Aug 22 - We purchased a Mercedes & my wife loves it, the guys were amazing when a warning light came on & straight away loaned us courtesy car while they fixed free of charge. Definitely a family garage you can trust. Nigel T.
May 22 - Really pleased with our experience. I bought an Audi with the garage and the sales experience was great. I brought the car back when the stop start function was playing up and they fixed it free of charge. Jan 22 - My brother and I moved into the area recently with a 20 year old Zafira. Had really good service from Mark and colleagues, who have provided a load car to my brother over Christmas and New Year while his clutch was replaced. My Zafira finally bit the dust in December when it came to a halt in a flood (my bad), and Mark found me a great replacement car, a Mercedes B class. It's not often you find a garage you can trust, but this is one. Definitely recommend these guys. Mark R.

symbiotic relationship

Mark and the team have helped me out a lot in the last couple of years so I thought it was time to write a quick review. I dont live local to Walbridge Motors but 90% of my work is around that area so when I have vehicle problems it causes maximum disruption. The only time I speak to mark is when im stranded and in a bad mood so Im surprised he still picks up the phone, we seem to have a symbiotic relationship so I know he misses me when I drive off in to the sunset. Prices are fair. The main reason I call them is they do everything they can to get me back on the road quickly and are genuinely a nice group of people

Everyone was so accommodating from our first phone call. Dan gave us a video walk round the Mini ( his first attempt at this ) So we travelled 217 miles to view. There was no pressure to buy but it ticked all the boxes. We received a warm welcome to this family run business in the old fashioned way. Being of an age to appreciate things being done this way. The whole experience was great and we came home with the car we wanted. Many thanks to all involved

My husband and I popped in on the off-chance of buying a new car and although they didn't have a suitable car ready at hand, Dan was most helpful and showed us some vehicles not yet available. The help and assistance we received from him was excellent, we felt no pressure to buy, and all queries were answered promptly. The paperwork was sorted swiftly on the day of pick up, overall, a super experience dealing with Dan.

Have to say that I have been going to these folks since moving into the village and have always had a great experience. Recently could not get the car gears to engage and thought the worst but Mark sourced, supplied and fitted a new clutch plate very quickly and its sorted. Now he could have said a complete clutch assembly at a cost of around 1800 as I would have been none the wiser but no he sorted it for us for a couple of hundred and went beyond to get the part.

WMC have provided me a great service on various newer and older classic cars. They are helpful on advice and support to fix car problems efficiently and economically as possible. Recently my LR Discovery suffered terminal battery failure on the drive but they were able to help with loan equipment to get the car started so I could drive to their premises for a prompt replacement - a much appreciated effort by the Mark and his team. Its great to have a local, fair and competent garage.
